Well, I’ve been looking for an HF transceiver a little bit, because I just can’t wait to talk to the world on bands other than 2m and 70cm.. So, my first HF rig will hopefully be this Yaesu FT-450 and a G5RV dipole.. I can’t wait! It’ll be a great deal of fun. I found the FT-450 on UniversalRadio.com for $650, which is cheaper than most other places, but still not cheap. Which brings me to another thing, which is the addition of ads to the site… What ads, you ask? Scroll to the bottom of this page, there’s one, and there’s also one on the right sidebar..
