Greetings and salutations from the Mercer / Grove City KOA in Mercer, PA! I installed 3 Intermatic SS7 timers in our Recreation hall a little over a year ago. I could NEVER get them to operate properly. For the past year I have replaced batteries, and checked my wire connections (for the 600th time). They would work for a few weeks, and then cease to operate again. And something as simple as a piece of aluminum foil has solved all issues we have had with the timers. :) Thank you for documenting your findings! -JD
